At Rise 4 Hope, we believe that every person deserves a safe place to call home — and that those who served our country deserve nothing less.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness in our community, with a special focus on our nation's veterans. Veterans make up approximately 5% of all adults experiencing homelessness in the United States — over 32,000 men and women on any given night who answered the call to serve and now find themselves without a roof over their heads.

CONNECT WITH RESOURCES
We connect homeless individuals with essential resources and services — from emergency shelter to long-term housing solutions.
SUPPORT VETERANS
We provide targeted support for veterans navigating housing instability, including VA benefits navigation and peer support.
ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE
We advocate for long-term solutions to homelessness in our community, working with local government and civic leaders.
BUILD PARTNERSHIPS
We partner with local organizations to create pathways to stability and self-sufficiency that outlast our direct involvement.
