Rise 4 Hope has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service to be exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). This means we are a public charity dedicated exclusively to our mission of ending veteran homelessness in the Chattanooga, TN area.
