Rise 4 Hope reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video, and audio — are owned by Rise 4 Hope and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without the prior written consent of Rise 4 Hope.

Donations made through this Site are voluntary contributions to Rise 4 Hope, a nonprofit organization. All donations are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Rise 4 Hope will use donations in furtherance of its charitable mission to address veteran homelessness in the Chattanooga, TN area and surrounding region.

Rise 4 Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.

By submitting information through any form on this Site — including volunteer applications and contact inquiries — you consent to Rise 4 Hope collecting and using that information to respond to your submission and, where applicable, to contact you regarding volunteer opportunities and organizational updates. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. IN NO EVENT SHALL RISE 4 HOPE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DONATED TO RISE 4 HOPE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rise 4 Hope and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rise 4 Hope regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
