What We Do

OUR PROGRAMS

Rise 4 Hope addresses homelessness from every angle — housing, nutrition, mental health, employment, and community. Because getting off the streets is just the beginning.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Healing the wounds you cannot see.

Many veterans face PTSD, depression, and trauma that go untreated. We connect veterans with licensed mental health professionals, peer support groups, and crisis intervention services — because healing is part of the mission.

  • Referrals to licensed counselors and therapists
  • Peer support groups led by fellow veterans
  • Crisis intervention and hotline resources
  • Coordination with VA mental health services
